1．The insurance plan(s) is subject to the terms and conditions of any insurance agreement with the respective insurance consultancy firm or insurance intermediary. The Bank does not conduct any “Insurance Business” as defined in Insurance Companies Ordinance, and the insurance consultancy firm or insurance intermediary concerned is neither the subsidiary nor employee of the Bank/the Bank’s group company, and the Bank shall not be held liable to any expense, fee, charge, loss and any legal liability connected with or arising out of the insurance agreement with the insurance consultancy firm or insurance intermediary.
2．This promotional material is for reference only, the content herein does not constitute any offer, solicitation or recommendation of any investment product or service. The details, amount, time and any other information thereof are subject to relevant terms and conditions of the investment product or service with the Bank.
3．Currency conversion risk: foreign currency (including RMB) investments are subject to exchange rate fluctuations which may provide both opportunities and risks. The fluctuation in the exchange rate of foreign currency may result in losses in the event that client converts the foreign currency into Hong Kong dollar/RMB or other foreign currencies.
