Notice of online banking and mobile banking service security enhancement
Dear Valued Customer,
With the objective of enhancing our online banking and mobile banking security and improving our service quality, starting from 30th March, 2024(“Effective Date”), our online banking and mobile banking will update to new interface, functions remain unchanged.
Corporate Online Banking
Moreover, we will request online banking users to conduct identity verification from time to time during various online banking transactions. They will receive an email containing a six-digit verification code from the email address registered with our bank, and input the code for identity verification process.
To ensure the receipt of email, please ensure online banking users’ registered email address is accurate and up to date. If required to update registered email address, please contact with your relationship manager.
Personal Online Banking and Mobile Banking
The Bank is going to upgrade and maintain our banking system from 09:00 to 15:00 on 30th March, 2024. During the aforesaid period, our Personal Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be suspended.
