Service Hours: Monday to Friday (Except Saturday & Public Holidays) 9:00a.m. to 7:00p.m.
During the above service hours, in case of typhoon signal no. 8 (or up) or black rainstorm signal:
a) if signal is hoisted before 9:00a.m. and beyond 12:00 noon,corporate online banking services will be closed whole day
b) if signal is hoisted before 9:00 a.m. but lowered before 12:00 noon, corporate online banking services will be resumed two hours upon signal is lowered.
c) if signal is hoisted during the service hours, corporate online banking will be suspended within one hour upon signal is hoisted

Transactions Processing Hours: The notice of service hours will be announced during execution in accordance with different transaction types.
