To further enhance the security of our Corporate Online Banking services and strengthen the protection of customer’s funds, we will introduce a new "Cooling-off Period" feature for Corporate Online Banking effective from February 2, 2026 (the "Effective Date"). This measure is designed to effectively prevent risks associated with unauthorized transactions.

The specific arrangements are as follows:

　　When a Corporate Online Banking transaction triggers the high-risk indicators of the online banking system, the operator will be required to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) for identity verification. The transaction will then be deferred and enter a 60-minute cooling-off period, with a notification email sent simultaneously to the Administrator of Corporate Online Banking account.

    Upon expiration of the cooling-off period, the transaction will be automatically executed; no further action is required. During the cooling-off period, the Administrator may log in to the online banking system at any time to review or withdraw the transaction where necessary.
