Starting from the 23 Sept, 2024, during the above service hours, in case of typhoon signal no. 8 (or up) or black rainstorm signal, services will be provided as usual.

Transactions Processing Hours*

The notice of transactions processing hours will be announced during execution in accordance with different transaction types.

*Note: All hours are based on Hong Kong time (HKT). The same applies to all expressions of the time in all screens, such as service hour.
