Monday to Friday (Except Saturday & Public Holidays) 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
From Sep 23,2024 it will be open normally during the above opening hours when Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm signal is Hoisted.

Transactions Processing Hours
The notice of service hours will be announced during execution in accordance with different transaction types.
Note: All hours are based on Hong Kong time (HKT). The same applies to all expressions of the time in all screens, such as service hour.
